What 1% a month works out to in AED
Danube prices its homes on a 1% per month plan, which is the reason most buyers in United Arab Emirates end up here rather than with a mainstream Dubai developer. On an entry-level Danube apartment at around AED 1.25M, one per cent is roughly AED 12,500 a month. You reserve with about AED 125,000, then pay that monthly figure while the tower is built, with the balance falling due at handover. There is no bank, no mortgage application and no interest on the instalments.
- No UAE salary certificate, credit file or bank approval is needed from a buyer in United Arab Emirates.
- The instalment is a fixed share of the price, so it does not move with interest rates.
- Some releases carry a 0.5% variant or a post-handover tail; we quote the exact plan per project.
